Preload November 12. Vintage Vice City Pack dies November 20. PC is still a blank line.

Pre orders are live. Standard is about $80. Ultimate is about $100. Physical Standard is widely listed as a download code in the box.

Would you drop $80 on a code in a box, or are you waiting for a PC date Rockstar still will not say?
